1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on db234. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, different mobile numbers or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all accounts held by that individual, including the forfeiture of any balance contained therein. db234 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect multi-account activity.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any transaction, bet or action taken using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not that action was actually taken by you personally. db234 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have failed to maintain credential security.
• You must notify db234 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. db234 support is available 24/7 via the contact details provided on the platform.
• db234 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or violation of any provision of these Terms.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for all withdrawal requests and may be requested at any time during your use of the platform. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified upon request will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). db234 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, however your payment provider (for example bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside db234's control. • All funds deposited into your db234 account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is prohibited and may trigger a fraud review.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you contact support with a valid reason for using an alternative method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• db234 processes withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the cashier section. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or if additional KYC verification is required.
• db234 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation or compliance review. You will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it where legally permissible.

Any balance remaining in a db234 account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee, the current rate of which is published in the account terms accessible from your account settings. Prior notice will be sent to your registered mobile number before any inactivity fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Only one welcome bonus per household, shared IP address, device or payment method is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via separate account registrations constitute bonus abuse.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db234 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if db234 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

db234's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your db234 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit db234's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by db234's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
